Daily Crapbook

I've always loved Noel Coward songs, although I didn't always know it. Lately I've stumbled across a few that are just irresistible. This particular lyric is a favorite of mine, and is taken from a song that I think is called "When The Towel of Babel Fell" or "Useless Useful Phrases" (I'm not sure of the title because I think it was mislabeled on the album. That seems to happen a lot on old music collections- no one seems to take much care unless its on a motion picture soundtrack.) If anyone can identify the actual song title, I'd be much obliged!
