Daily Crapbook

This Sunday we took my niece and nephew on a wild animal safari. Seriously, an hour and a half outside Atlanta you can go on safaris. We fed and petted all sorts of deer, buffalo, zebras, donkeys, zonkeys, llamas, giraffe, hogs- it was awesome. I got to hug a giraffe. A giraffe!!! My favorite animal apart from the giraffe (A GIRAFFE!) was a little African wildcat called a serval. One of the park attendents brought out a serval cub (kitten?) and it rolled around in the grass, attacked sticks and leaves, and even nibbled on my hand and gave me a rabbit kick. I just...want one. SO cute.

Daily Crapbook: Humility

My nephew recently got a school award for "Humility". The concept simply baffles me.

...because I can never let good wordplay go undocumented, and also because I needed an excuse to procrastinate today.

EatSleepDraw Interview

I started back working at Turner last week, as you can probably tell from my lack of daily crapbooks posts. I'm still trying to poop out Sc.11 of Monkey Rag but I'm at that "Achilles and the Tortoise" again, so it may be a bit before I have any work to post. But hey, I do have something cool to show you! I was recently interviewed by Lee Rubenstein for EatSleepDrawTv and I talked for a LOOOONG time. It was great! Watch it if you dare.
