Weird Kabuki Ice Ghost

Still messing around today- this time with some Kyle T. Webster brushes.  I guess this is some sort of kabuki frost ghost…?  I'm way outside my comfort zone when it comes to any kind of painting, be it practical or digital, but I'm determined to get this figured out someday.
