Daily Crapbook: Equisite Pain

I tweaked my back a few days ago because of an errant moment of confidence.  So now it hurts to sit and lie down- the only comfortable position is standing with locked knees, leaning forward at a slight angle.  I've learned an important lesson- never ever try anything physical or else you will fail miserably and hurt yourself.  (But its not that bad really- my Mom says with proper stretching, I'll be back to my sedentary slobby self in a week.)
